A worker in a ship breaking yard is dealing with his father's death. a work accident distort his sense of reality and combines the rusty ship body with his fathers׳ and the disease killing him. This state forces the worker to deal with repressed fears.

A memory of taking a family portrait reveals the delicate relationship between the family. The daughter feels helpless when she saw her parents quarreling. The collapse of the Buddha statue symbolizes the collapse of the daughter's mind. This animation is the director's first independent film and is also based on her life experience. She transformed the suffering she endured from her parents into animation. She using 2D computer drawing software to create pencil charcoal colors and textures, and use delicate brushstrokes to carve out the inner scars of the past.

Every night, Paulette observes the same shooting star in the sky. She makes her deepest wish: to find her mysteriously missing pet rat. The days go by, but the animal doesn't return. Paulette wants to understand what's wrong with her star.

The short film is entirely made of paper and aims to summarize the history of humanity as a YouTube tutorial video, in a deliberately provocative, cynical, and dystopian manner. Like a game, though, it makes us think about the atrocities of wars, children wanting to act like adults, but especially adults behaving like children.

In the middle of a cold winter, a meteorite falls on a snow-white landscape. Kazik and Helena have to deal with this burning problem.

Through a child's imagination it tells the journey of a man who after falling prey to his fears, he must cross a strange world, a universe full of magic, where he will be confronted with his own fears and conflicts from the past and where he must find solutions for the future to discover his self-identity.  
Long Distance di Michael Frei, 2024, Switzerland - 2'
Created using a small LCD display with a resolution of 200 by 120 pixels, this animated film features a protagonist who is simply a dot on the screen. The dot, representing a fly, embarks on a journey to reunite with a close friend.  
Magda di Adela Kaczmarek, 2022, Poland - 9'
Podhale, Poland, Winter of 1939. Magda (15) is an excellent skier. She joins the Polish Resistance and helps by bringing documents and fugitives across the mountains into Slovakia. One day she learns that the group of 23 pilots urgently need to cross the border, as Gestapo is on their heels. She comes up with a risky plan to lure the Nazis her way, allowing pilots to pass without being seen. Unfortunately, the Nazi soldiers are experienced skiers too, able to shoot and reload their guns while skiing at full speed. Magda must take a chance as she sets off into the woods, racing through the snow.

Inspired by the poems and drawings of Henri Michaux about his experience with mescaline, Miserable Miracle explores the limits of language and perception, creating connections between sound, meaning, shapes and movement.  
Sapiens? di Bruno Bozzetto, 2023, Italia - 23'
Immersi nell'incanto delle sinfonie dei grandi compositori classici, tre cortometraggi affrontano senza filtri l'essenza dell'uomo e il suo impatto sulla natura e sulla società. In un viaggio emozionante attraverso le profondità dell'animo umano, emergono temi universali: l'amore per la violenza e la difficile accettazione delle diversità. Un invito a riflettere sull’impatto dell’uomo - Sapiens? - sul pianeta al potere delle nostre azioni sul mondo che ci circonda.  
Sweet Like Lemons di Jenny Jokela, 2023, UK - 5' 31''
Sweet Like Lemons is a visual reflection on getting out of a harmful relationship and moving on. The title is a play on the saying “when life gives you lemons make lemonade”, only in this case there is no lemonade to be made but the lemons still taste sweeter than what you left behind.
